Our clients purchased this 4 storey, Victorian, end of terrace home, to settle into central London and raise a family. They required a practical, unique, elegant and safe design to renovate the entire property.

We reconfigured the layout to include a dressing room and ensuite to the master bedroom, whilst Sai at Sai Interiors, designed every room with a different style and transformed the childrens bedroom and playroom into a comfortable and personal space.

The staircase connecting 3 floors had a large void through the middle with a risky handrail that was set too low. When inspected further the 2nd floor of the property was uneven and had a difference of 16cm from one side to the other. This required structural modification and a new staircase. The new design allowed the void to be made smaller and the handrail to be replaced and raised. The result was stunning!
